It is the one of the part/ type of the Adjective so let us discuss this in by and large:

Degrees of comparison, It allow us to compare the qualities or characteristics of nouns, pronouns, adjectives, and adverb.

There are three types of Comparison in English, They are:

I. Positive Degree of Comparison

II. Comparative Degree of  Comparison.

III. Superlative Degree of Comparison.
